“With This Result, You Can Lead Nigeria”- Social Media Users React to Lady’s WAEC Result

Social media reactions to Blessing Williams’ WAEC result

A Liberian girl identified as Blessing M. Williams has attracted attention on social media after sharing her WAEC result online, with the result reportedly showing F9 grades across the subjects she took.

The result shared online appears to show unsuccessful grades in science-related subjects as well as other subjects listed on the examination result.

Despite the reported outcome, Blessing appeared to remain positive, choosing to express gratitude to God rather than focus on the grades.

Sharing the result, she wrote: “Lord, I’m forever grateful call me unstoppable blessing till October 17.”

Her post has since generated a wave of reactions from social media users, with comments ranging from jokes and criticism to messages encouraging her to move forward despite the result.

One user, Oluwaseun Orimidara, jokingly wrote, “With dat result she can rule Nigeria,” accompanied by a Nigerian flag emoji.

The comment appeared to reference the long-running public controversy surrounding the educational credentials of Nigerian political leaders, particularly President Bola Tinubu, whose academic records have been the subject of public debate and legal proceedings.

Another commenter, Sola Desola, congratulated her while making a sarcastic reference to the result, writing that at least she wrote the examination rather than getting the result “from miracles center.”

Other users questioned why people were congratulating her over the result, while some made jokes about the combination of subjects and the grades displayed.

One commenter, Ambrose Utuetu, suggested that she might have misunderstood what was required for admission, while another asked whether she could study medicine with the result.

There were also comments encouraging her to consider marriage, while another user simply wrote, “I don’t celebrate mediocrity.”

However, some reactions appeared more supportive, with one user describing her as a potential “best student of the year” and another noting that “result na result” and encouraging her to appreciate having a result.

The mixed reactions have continued to draw attention to Blessing’s post, with many users focusing on the unusual nature of the result and her decision to publicly share it despite the grades.

Leah Shutkever Reclaims World Record After Eating Burrito in 30.75 Seconds

Leah Shutkever Reclaims Burrito World Record in 30.75 Seconds

British competitive eater Leah Shutkever has reclaimed the Guinness World Records title for the fastest time to eat a burrito after finishing the meal in just 30.75 seconds.

Shutkever achieved the feat on August 4, 2026, at Guinness World Records headquarters in London, beating the previous record of 31.47 seconds held by American competitive eater Miki Sudo.

The new mark means Shutkever has once again taken back a record she previously held.

The British speed eater first claimed the burrito-eating record in 2019 and later improved her own time to 32.35 seconds on February 9, 2022, during an appearance on the Italian television programme Lo Show dei Record in Milan.

However, Sudo surpassed Shutkever later that year, completing a burrito in 31.47 seconds on October 22, 2022.

Nearly four years later, Shutkever returned to reclaim the title, cutting 1.60 seconds from her previous record and finishing the burrito in 30.75 seconds.

The burrito was not the only record Shutkever broke during her latest visit to Guinness World Records headquarters.

She also set a record for the most churros eaten in one minute, consuming eight, and another for the most strawberries eaten in one minute after eating 613 grams, equivalent to about 1.35 pounds, within the allotted time.

The three new achievements have taken Shutkever’s total number of Guinness World Records titles to 42.

Speaking about her approach to record-breaking, Shutkever said competitiveness plays a major role in her willingness to attempt and break world records.

“Competitiveness definitely plays into the ability to attempt and break a world record,” she said.

Shutkever’s record-breaking career began after she attempted the Guinness World Records title for the fastest time to eat a Terry’s Chocolate Orange. She later appeared on television and continued pursuing competitive eating records.

The 2026 burrito record adds to a growing list of unusual food-related achievements associated with Shutkever, who has built a large online following through food challenges and competitive eating content.

With 42 Guinness World Records titles now to her name, the British speed eater has once again demonstrated why she remains one of the most prominent figures in competitive eating.
